Booking the Donald M. Gay Performing Arts Center is a simple process:

- Schedule a Tour/Meeting – Visit the venue or schedule a meeting to discuss event details and logistics.
- Receive a Quote – A customized estimate will be provided based on your event needs.
- Sign Agreement & Secure Deposit – Finalize your booking by signing the rental agreement and submitting the required deposit and Certificate of Insurance (COI).
